Thailand Immigration’s TM6 and TM30 explained

visa007

The laws have been chaging recently in regards to a fourty year old law whereby foreigners living in Thailand are required to submit a TM30 form to Thai Immigration.

If you have arrived in Thailand, you will be filling out a TM6 which you submit with your passport at the immigration checkpoint on landing, the TM30 then takes over when you move from one hotel to another.

For a tourist this is all done for you, but as an expat living in Thailand, there is lots more to consider to stay tuned.
