The idea is actually quiet simple, use a corset to hold the bag in place. Its firmly stitched into the back of the bag, wide enough and with enough adjustment for either a narrow or wide sissy bar.
The corset has enough support that you can run it on either side of your sissy bar and it will stay firmly in place.
Get to your destination and simply slide it off, attach the shoulder strap and throw it over your shoulder. Off you go!
R9Kustoms has used 22 ounce canvas on all their models, and added a period look to the inside of the bag with a rubber backed taran liner. This also gives the ability to see deep into the bag, whereas if it was a black liner, things would be difficult.
The sissy bar duffle features two side pockets, conviently sized to fit a water bottle or fuel caninster. These pockets feature brass drain holes at the bottom to ensure moisture doesn’t collect in the pocket.
The main strap that holds the rolltop closed is genuine leather, not some fake crap! This strap has enough adjustment to allow for the bag to hold a little, or at the maxium of 24 litres, a LOT!
