Living in Thailand, especially when you don’t live in a heavily populated area can mean than the quality of beef you consume can be somewhat limited. If you are eating local beef, it can be tough, fatty and extremely disappointing.

Makro stores have started importing a lot of fantastic meat from both New Zealand and Australia.
With this in mind, I bought myself a 5kg Sirloin from Makro at Ratchaburi, then grabbed a dry aging bag online from Lazada.
